Beginner Vinyasa Worksop

We have had huge demand to bring this workshop back so don't miss out!  

A 2 day Vinyasa workshop with Nicole suitable for all levels and abilities.  Whether you are new to Vinyasa or an experienced practitioner, it is important to take a time out to slooooow things down and make sure you are building the proper foundation for a lifelong, safe and fun practice!

Kids Yoga is Back!

We are convinced of the benefits of yoga for young, developing bodies.  Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness.  But perhaps the most important gifts to young bodies is they learn to build concentration, focus, manage stress, reduce anxiety and increase confidence, build positive body image, learn to breath properly.....we can go on and on.  

For kids already involved in pysical activities/sports, it is a great addition to their routine to prevent injury and build confidence.   For those not involved in physical activities, it is a great way to introduce exercise in a non-competitive, non-judgemental environmental.
