Sandpoint Hot Yoga

Nicole took her first yoga class in 2002 right down the road in Hope, Idaho. She was instantly hooked to the physicality of the practice and when she found vinyasa it was as if all the pieces fell into place. She felt the dance of breath and movement instantly and the affect that created on both mind and body was like coming home. That is the gift, along with all the other benefits of this practice, that she loves to teach and share with others. Nicole received her 200 RYT in Seattle at 8 Limbs Yoga Centers in 2009, attended Baron Baptiste’s levels one and two in 2008 and 2009, and participated in the teacher mentorship program and Shakti Vinyasa yoga, Seattle for a year.
