Sandpoint Hot Yoga



Sarah is a yoga teacher, mother and self-care evangelist. She teaches people how to find balance in their day to day living. Along the way we learn to love being in our own skin. We use yoga as a tool to keep our body, mind and soul evolving in health. We develop practical skills to refine the ART of self-care. Together we travel from being "too-busy-to-have-balance" towards a supple, strong YOU that lives and ages with grace. Yoga has been Sarah's dear friend for over 20 years. She has trained extensively with master teacher Ana Forrest and has been sharing the wisdom of yoga with others since 2006. She is committed to studying the human body, how we take in nutrients and let go of the old. It is her aim to generously offer what she learns to our community in a down-to-earth way.
